    A Currently Active Duty Maryland State Sworn Officer. Justin was born and raised in Northeast Baltimore. After graduating high-school from The Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, he attended Morgan State University where he became a highly active member of the Morgan State University Magnificent Marching Machine. From there he went on to pursue a Bachelor degree in Computer Science.

    Aaron Williams

    Co-FOUNDER

    A retired Law Enforcement Officer with an extensive level of training at the local, and federal level. Aaron was born in Washington DC, and raised in Anne Arundel Co, MD. After graduating high school he began college as a Criminal Justice major at Anne Arundel Community College followed by Las Vegas College. Before returning to the state of MD and beginning his career in Law Enforcement.
