Frequently Asked Questions

How Can We
Help You?

Can't find an answer below? Contact our support team directly and we'll get back to you within one business day.

Email Support
How do I log in to NPS Portal?
Use the email address and password provided by your NPS administrator, or sign in with your Google account if your organization has enabled that option. Contact your supervisor if you have not received login credentials.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. If you still can't access your account, contact your administrator or email our support team.
Why is the app asking for my location?
NPS Portal uses GPS for geofenced clock-in/out, live patrol tracking, and site check-in verification. Location is only collected while you are actively using those functions. Review permissions anytime in iOS Settings under NPS Portal.
My timesheet or patrol data is not showing. What do I do?
Check your internet connection first. Pull down to refresh. If data is still missing, log out and back in. If the issue persists, contact your supervisor or support with your employee ID and the date of missing data.
How do I submit an incident report?
From your officer dashboard tap the Incident Report icon. Fill in all required fields — the form will prompt you based on incident type. Submit when complete and your supervisor will be notified automatically.
I'm a client and can't see my site's coverage. Who do I contact?
Contact your assigned NPS account manager or email support with your account name and site address. Client portal access is provisioned by NPS administrators and can be restored quickly.
The app is crashing or not loading. What should I do?
Close the app fully and reopen it. If it continues, delete and reinstall NPS Portal from the App Store — your data is stored in the cloud and will not be lost. If problems persist, email support with your device model and iOS version.
